All Blacks halfback Cam Roigard says the loss to South Africa has not been forgotten and New Zealand must take lessons from that defeat into the Bledisloe Cup opener against Australia at Eden Park.

Roigard also described a "weird" feeling heading into the test, without elaborating further.

Anton Segner said the squad has turned its sights on the Wallabies match and is focused on what comes next.
