Professor Clare Wright OAM reflects on her career
www.latrobe.edu.auClare Wright was seen at lectures, as an Australian historian, recognized for The Forgotten Rebels of Eureka (2013), which portrays the Eureka Rebellion from women's perspectives. She has also written and presented history programs for ABC, including Utopia Girls and The War That Changed Us. With a PhD from Melbourne, she is a professor at La Trobe University, heading public history projects at La Trobe since 2022, she has been on the NMA Council. 2020 saw Wright awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia. for services to literature and historical research.
