The total number of job offers on the JobTiger website was around 23,200 in December, down by nearly 15,000 from a month earlier and by some 7,000 from December 2023.

Evidence points to a shift toward efficiency and value in hiring, with IT, data visualization, and SAP skills increasingly in demand.
